I'm a hybrid thinker, a multidisciplinary artist and a personal and relational development coach. My creativity is inspired by the psychology of things, the philosophy of reality, cultural processes and transformation as a phenomenon. I also explore identity transitions and social change. As art reflects many of these processes, and as I'm a painter, a dancer, a cinephile and a melomaniac, I love to share my observations and insights through writing about art history, movies and music. What is a passion of mine and my contribution as a writer is seeing and pointing to the hidden patterns beneath everyday behaviour and social norms.
For centuries, humanity has hunted monsters through cathedrals, paintings, novels, films and digital worlds. Yet each age has uncovered the same unsettling possibility: the creature we fear most may not dwell beyond the walls of civilization, but within ourselves. From Gothic gargoyles and Goya’s haunted visions to Dracula, Gollum and the shadowy realms of modern video games, this journey through art history traces the evolution of the monster from external enemy to internal companion. As the boundaries between beast and human continue to blur, one question remains: is maturity the triumph over the monster, or the wisdom to live alongside it?
